Layout: Manuscripts should be in type not smaller than 12 characters per inch, double spaced (including References), with wide margins.
Abstract: Each manuscript is required to contain an abstract, clearly separated from the rest of the paper, which will be printed right after the title. The length of an abstract should not exceed 200 words. Formulas should be used as sparingly as possible in the abstract.
Footnotes: Footnotes should not be used, except for title page footnotes. Such information should be included in the text.

Author's Address: The permanent address of each author should be typed following the references.
Proofs and Offprints: Authors will receive the first proofs for neccessary corrections, which should be returned to one of the Editorial Offices within two weeks of receipt. An author receives 100 offprints of his article free of charge; joint authors are regarded as one.
